We encourage participation from developing countries, especially by students. The conference fee structure is designed to make it affordable for resident professionals and students in low-income countries to participate.
It is important that when you register, you claim and pay the appropriate registration fee, so that we can support those intended participants with greater needs. If you have any questions about this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Fees are subject to an additional 7% GST (Goods and Service Tax) as of the 15th February 2016.
Conference fees are determined by where you currently reside and earn a salary/stipend, and its level relative to high-income countries. It is also based on whether you are a member of either ATBC or SCB. Conference fees are not related to nationality or citizenship.
The registration fees shown below include the following:
1) Entry to all scientific symposia, plenaries and keynotes
2) Opening night dinner
3) Lunches on the 2nd, 3rd and final day of the conference
4) Coffee and tea breaks (morning and afternoon)
5) Lunchtime softskill workshops
6) Conference bag
Student participants that serve as volunteers during the conference would enjoy a 50% registration discount. Volunteers would be asked to work one full day or two half days during the conference. If you are interested in volunteering, please visit the "Volunteers" page for more detailed instructions.
