Conservation Asia 2016 is the first time that the Asia sections of the Society for Conservation Biology (SCB) and Association for Tropical Biology and Conservation (ATBC) will run a joint conference. With more than 500 participants expected, this would constitute their biggest Asia-focused conference. As SCB and ATBC are the two largest members organizations for biodiversity conservation, their reach is global. This would mean that there would be exciting networking and business opportunities (with international NGOs, industrial leaders and world-class academic researchers).
To take advantage of these opportunities, we will set up an exhibition arena for invited organisations to promote their products, services and conservation initiatives for the duration of the conference. The purpose of this area is to encourage networking and discussion between different industries in the biology and conservation arena across Asia and the Asia-Pacific, as per the theme of the conference.
We welcome NGOs, government agencies, businesses and other interested organisations to attend the conference as an exhibitor. Attendance to the exhibition area will be assessed by the Sponsorship Committee to ensure exhibiting organisations align with conference goals.
